As soon as we receive these documents, we will send you a signed copy of the charter contract.

48 hours before the day itself, we carry out a weather check together. If we consider that weather conditions are not favourable, we will try to reschedule the day according to the schooner's booking calendar, and if this is not possible, we will refund the deposit paid in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

COVID-19
The crew of the Goélette Alliance does everything possible to guarantee maximum safety on board the vessel. Strict disinfection of common areas is carried out before every outing. During our sea trips, you are seated on a large open-air teak deck; the various spaces on board allow you to maintain a satisfactory safety distance. The crew provides protective masks and hand sanitiser gel. In addition, the boat has 3 washbasins and a deck shower, allowing you to wash your hands regularly.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. CONDITIONS OF THE EXCURSION
Voile Tradition Marseille (VTM) reserves the right to modify itineraries or cancel services in the event of adverse weather conditions.
Only the captain is authorised to assess navigation conditions and may cancel a maritime service.
In the event of cancellation by VTM, passengers may be refunded, or the excursion will be rescheduled to another date with their agreement.
Swimming is permitted during stopovers, under the exclusive responsibility of passengers. The loan of swimming equipment does not, under any circumstances, constitute a supervised nautical activity.
Passengers agree to comply with the on-board rules established by VTM, as well as the instructions of the captain and crew.
They must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No refund may be claimed in the event of delay.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY – PRIVATE CHARTERS

If, for weather-related reasons, the outing cannot take place (solely at the discretion of the owner or captain), you will be fully refunded, with no fees withheld.
By the client
Cancellation ≥ 1 month before the date : deposit refunded, no fees withheld.
Cancellation between 15 days and 1 month : deposit retained (limited to 30% of the total amount).
Cancellation < 15 days : the full amount paid will be retained.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY – TICKETING
By Voile Tradition Marseille (VTM)
Proposed change of itinerary :
If the weather prevents the original programme but allows for alternative sailing, the captain may propose a new itinerary before departure.Acceptance: normal participation in the day, with no refund or reduction.
Refusal: full refund and non-participation.
Total cancellation due to weather : full refund, at no cost.
By the client
Cancellation ≥ 7 days before : full refund.
Cancellation between 6 and 3 days before : 50% of the amount paid will be retained.
Cancellation < 48h before : the full amount paid is non-refundable.
4. ELECTRONIC TICKET
The electronic ticket is entirely digital. To board, you must present the confirmation email for your booking, which serves as your ticket.
5. TRAVEL DOCUMENT & CONTRACTUAL ACCEPTANCE
Any online booking made on the VTM website constitutes a contract implying acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Transport by all registered participants.
The electronic ticket (confirmation sent by VTM) is personal and non-transferable.
6. PASSENGERS' STATE OF HEALTH
Passengers must inform VTM of any medical contraindication.
They board at their own risk, and VTM cannot be held liable for any personal injury related to their state of health.
Any special assistance required (reduced mobility, visual impairment, etc.) must be reported at the time of booking and upon boarding.
7. PREGNANT WOMEN
Pregnant women may take part in excursions entirely at their own risk.
VTM accepts no liability in the event of an incident or personal injury related to pregnancy.
8. MINORS
VTM does not accept unaccompanied minors.
Children take part in activities under the full responsibility of their accompanying adult.
For children under 2 years old, wearing a suitably fitted life jacket is compulsory (please indicate this at the time of booking).
9. PASSENGER CONDUCT
Passengers must remain seated while under way and follow the captain's instructions.
VTM accepts no liability for any accident resulting from failure to comply with these instructions.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to themselves, to others, or to VTM's property.
Swimming
Permitted only during "swimming breaks", under the responsibility of passengers.
Minors remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult.
Non-swimmers must inform the crew.
Buoyancy equipment is provided, but VTM accepts no liability in the event of an incident.
10. PERSONAL INJURY
Any accident must be reported before leaving the vessel.
A report will be drawn up by the crew together with the passenger concerned.
Failing this, it will be presumed that the passenger disembarked unharmed and that their belongings were in good condition.
11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Passengers bring their personal equipment on board (camera, mask, fins, etc.) at their own sole responsibility.
VTM accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of valuable items.
12. EQUIPMENT LOAN
Equipment (fins, masks, snorkels, windbreakers, etc.) may be loaned free of charge.
No claim or refund may be requested in the event of a defect.
Any deliberate damage may result in legal proceedings.
13. FESTIVE EXCURSIONS
During festive excursions (cocktail events, hen/stag parties, evenings in the calanques, etc.), moderate consumption of alcohol and tobacco is tolerated.
VTM may limit or prohibit such consumption for safety reasons.
Passengers whose behaviour endangers the safety, comfort, or peace of others may be disembarked without a refund.
14. FINANCIAL TERMS
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the quote.
Ticketing : VAT 10%.
Private charter :
Standard cruises: VAT 10%.
Bespoke events: VAT 20%.
Secure payment by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Any irregular payment will result in cancellation of the sale, with fees payable by the client and the possibility of legal proceedings.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
VTM holds the intellectual property rights relating to its website.
No reproduction or use of the content (text, photos, videos, etc.) is permitted without prior written consent.
16. DELAYS
Departures take place at the scheduled time.
Arrival 10 minutes before departure.
In the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the vessel will depart without you, with no refund or rescheduling possible.
Please call us in the event of any unforeseen circumstances and let us know your estimated arrival time.
VTM accepts no liability for any problems related to your means of transport (traffic jams, delayed train/metro, etc.).
