Proposed Program:

Morning Trip – “Cap Frioul”
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (3.5 hours)

• Sailing in the bay and towards the Frioul Islands
• Optional swimming stop in a secluded cove
• Discussions around traditional sailing

Afternoon Trip – “Cap Aventure”
Schedule: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (4 hours)

• Destination: Frioul Islands or Côte Bleue (depending on weather and preferences)
• Swimming and relaxing on board
• (Participation in sailing maneuvers possible)

A swimming stop in a calanque of the Frioul Archipelago will be offered, along with a light refreshment.

During the cruise, the captain will bring to life the history of Marseille and its iconic landmarks.
