Operation "Women at the Helm"
On 8 March, to mark International Women’s Rights Day, we’re launching a new initiative on board: the “Women at the Helm” campaign.
Throughout the season, we’ll be celebrating women of the sea: those who sail, those who run their own businesses, those who dare to take the helm.
Because the sea has a story to tell about women too.

Because the sea was long considered a man’s world, and yet women have always had their place in it.
We want to celebrate all women:
- Those who work
- Those who care for others
- Those who make their mark in worlds that are still very male-dominated
- Those who run their own businesses
- Those who travel
- Those who are celebrating an important moment in their lives
- Those who are getting married
- Those who simply dream of setting sail

Chapter One
A Monthly Date
Starting from 8 May, and every 8th of the month until 8 October, we’re offering the cruise:
"Women at the Helm" - afternoons at sea reserved for women
A moment to:
- sail together
- meet new sailing friends
- share a unique experience on the water
A simple, friendly and inspiring space among women.
Chapter Two
Women Have Their Say
Throughout the season, we’ll be giving a voice to the women who bring our boats and our business to life: crew members, captains, and members of our shore team.
Through a series of interviews published regularly, they will share:
- their profession
- their journey
- their experience of the sea
- and a little of themselves
A way to discover what goes on behind the scenes of sailing and to shine a light on the women who help bring this maritime adventure to life every day.
Chapter Three
A Hen Do That Sets Sail
The sea also makes the perfect setting for celebrating life’s big moments… and a hen do deserves an unforgettable adventure.
Between 8 March and 8 July, all hen dos booked during this period will benefit from a special discount.
Sailing in the Calanques, time with friends, swimming, and precious memories before the big day.
Chapter Four
Those Who Hold the Helm
Some women choose paths where they are still too rare: police officers, firefighters, service members, deckhands, drivers…
Through the Women at the Helmoperation, we want to celebrate those who make their mark every day in professions that are still largely male-dominated.
To thank them, we’re offering a 15% discount for any group of at least 3 women.
A chance to share a moment with colleagues, friends, or women of character, in a unique setting.
